We start from the real process, not the technology. User interviews, workflow mapping, identification of critical points and measurable objectives.

2. Solution design
#

We define the architecture, user interfaces and necessary integrations. We present a shared specification document before writing a single line of code.

3. Iterative development
#

Frequent and demonstrable deliveries. The client sees and tests the solution during development, not only at the end.

4. Support and maintenance
#

We follow systems over time: updates, new features, user support. For us, a finished project means a long-term client relationship.
