AI Act Compliance Assessment

A guided questionnaire, readable rules with their legal source and a clear report: to understand where your company stands under the AI Act.

The AI Act Compliance Assessment is the web application Qualibit uses to help companies, SMEs in particular, check their artificial intelligence systems against Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 and the Italian rules that accompany it.

What it is for

1. The customer answers. A guided questionnaire with simple questions. Only what is relevant to that company is opened.
2. The app evaluates. The answers become facts; rules written by experts flag the issues, citing the legal sources.
3. The customer receives the report. An outcome (A, B or C), the list of issues and the recommended actions, with the reason for every conclusion.

Three outcomes

Outcomes are evaluated in the order C → B → A; the first with at least one true reason wins, and the customer sees all the reasons.

• C — Tailored assessment: status report and consulting proposal (for example with at least one red issue or a provider role).
• B — To be managed: standard measures; the customer can purchase the action report.
• A — Simple profile: status report with minimum actions.
